Newly hired Correctional Officers that start their career prior to October 1, 2024 will receive a 25% Recruitment Incentive (lump sum on your first paycheck).

A Retention Incentive of 25% has been approved for FCC Hazelton and may be offered to selectee(s) who meet the criteria for a Retention Incentive.
